I called for the first time to ask if they provided certain service and the guy who answered the phone was very rude. It seems they were about to close and was cutting me out. What’s wrong with good customer service lately? So disappointing!
BEWARE! They did a very poor job adding a strap to tote bag.
I've taken my luxury shoes to them several times now, and while they lean a bit pricey—especially when it comes to red bottoms—I’d say the investment is absolutely worth it. My shoes return looking almost brand new, like they just stepped out of a fashion show! If you want your footwear to keep turning heads, these are the people to see.
They fixed two pairs of my Golden Goose and restored my favorite pair of Ferragamo loafers that I’ve literally had since high school. This place is a gem!
Excellent service and my Gucci shoes look brand new!!! I’m so grateful I found this place! The best of the best!
