Our family has had not less than ten pairs of shoes be rejuvenated by this shop. They are fair and offer many options in a timely manner.
they didn’t get the shoes finished ahead of a business trip. Huge disappointment. Can’t go back to these people.
Ruined a purse. The stitching had come undone on the strap. They did a hack job sewing it back together. The stitches were uneven and sloppy. For some reason they also tried to glue it and got glue all over the lining. I had to throw it away afterwards. They don’t know what they’re doing or worse, don’t care.
I called for the first time to ask if they provided certain service and the guy who answered the phone was very rude. It seems they were about to close and was cutting me out. What’s wrong with good customer service lately? So disappointing!
BEWARE! They did a very poor job adding a strap to tote bag.
