El Apartamento es muy bonito, la ubicación muy buena y una zona muy segura, el problema son los encargados de la atención, pésimo servicio, pésima atención en lo más mínimo muestran algo de educación y empatía con los huéspedes ignorando los problemas que uno reporta, la lavadora nunca funcionó, nunca hicieron limpieza, y nunca proporcionaron papel, no había sartenes y son cosas que ofrecen al momento de la renta y adicional ignoran las llamadas y los mensajes. lamentablemente mi experiencia con las personas encargadas de es... read more

- ROOMS: Clean, clean, clean….with one word apartment is super clean. You have all appliances available here that you may need during your stay. Wir waren 3 Nächte in den Moderno Residences. In Summe kann man sagen es war in Ordnung. Mehr allerdings nicht. Das Haus und die Appartments sind in die Jahre gekommen. Unser Appartment war im zweiten Stock und es war großzügig und in Summe gut ausgestattet. Zum Kochen ist allerdings nur ein Topf vorhanden. Es fehlte Seife, Spülmittel und ein Tuch zum Abtrocknen.
