Perfect customer service! I was in and out. They take good care of their patients and the medical assistants there make you feel comfortable with coming to them about your health problems.
Very good staffs, the only problem I have with ModernMD is that they lack intelligence to do simple billing, every time I use them they always want me to 100% not billing my insurance, I dont get this with any urgent care, then you call their billing department no one ever answer, email no one responds, walk in to the same branch, I think I may never use them again if they can't process simple billing.
The doctor was very understanding about my problem
