Don't call me on a Sunday morning before 8 am no more ever!!!
I would give Modernize Home Services 0 stars if Google allowed it. My experience with this company has been extremely frustrating. I requested that my account be closed, yet I was subsequently charged for another lead, and Modernize refused to credit the charge. Customer service and account management were equally disappointing. My account manager, Erik Cordova, was extremely difficult to reach and repeatedly did not answer or return my calls when I was trying to resolve issues with the account. OMG some people just do not know etiquette apparently. Calling early in the morning waking the whole house up, calling early as 8am during the week. Hung up when I did answer after 15 calls. I would never work with a company that has zero boundaries. They are the first to screw you. Showing you they do not care from the start. Your a number with a dollar sign thats all. Id rather set my house on fire than do business with a company like that. Zero integrity.
