My son was diagnosed with Patellar Tendonitis(Jumper's Knee) and Osgood-Schlatter disease by his orthopedist. We were told there was nothing we could do about it other than wait for his growth plates to close, wear braces, take Advil, and ice his knees after volleyball. Cynthia spent time listening to my concerns, significantly more than my regular doctor. She had a variety of treatment options for my pain and discussed the pros and cons of each.
