The Optician was a very nice professional and well spoken Dr. She was friendly and caring too and so as most of the staff. What made me uncomfortable was the lady that served me to get my glasses done. I didn't come in expecting a hefty amount to pay but just to get what my insurance covers. I was quoted a high price even tho she tried to lower it down, I was not satisfied and I left. She needs to use an inner voice to talk to customers. Not everybody wants their business to be heard by other people.
Visits are always easy because the team is great at what they do and pleasant as well.
