Nikki did an excellent job repairing an oriental rug that had a large area chewed up by a mouse. I didn't think it could be repaired but thankfully she proved me wrong! If I didn't know where to look, I wouldn't even know it had been repaired. Kudos to Nikki and Moderne Rug. I would highly recommend them.
I just picked up a few Rugs today. Pat, Forest, Scott and Crew always exceed my expectations. It’s almost like I taught them myself. I wouldn’t take my rugs anywhere else.
Decent carpet cleaning, but horrible customer service. They charged me an improper storage fee, and were completely inflexible in making any adjustment. The way they dealt with this customer leads me to say AVOID THIS BUSINESS.
They did such a nice job repairing and serging two area rugs. I'm spreading the word.
