As a former employee of the Office, I can give no stars. A company that promises big to just farm individuals and let them go. My refusal to attack my previous employer and bring their customers over was met with dismissal 2 weeks before my hire on bonus, and the end of the current quarter. No bonusses for me after 5 months 2 weeks of hard work. I had sales go thru, and are currently being installed that I will not receive what was promised. Rich and Blake are elite techs who work diligently to rebuild a previously destroyed VRF and Addison system by former contractors (Zimmer). Dave Jackson is extremely knowledgeable in working with the entirety of our team to help understand all technical challenges. We enjoy having them on property, they are amiable, kind, and go the extra mile for us and are part of our hotel family. Responsive, forthright, honest, hard working; they have saved us on so many occasions.
