I had an extremely frustrating experience with an employee at this company. I was already parking, and he aggressively drove forward with no respect, preventing me from completing the maneuver. He was rude, disrespectful, and clearly didn’t care at all.
I recently had a great experience with Modern Controls after noticing their team working on my neighbor’s HVAC system. I decided to speak with their technician, and they were kind enough to take a look at my own system, which had been struggling with cooling. It turned out that my unit was low on refrigerant (Freon). Their technician was prompt, knowledgeable, and explained the issue clearly. They were able to refill the refrigerant and get my system back to working condition quickly and efficiently. I utilized Modern to repair equipment on my site. I paid for troubleshooting and repairs. On one equipment they did two repairs and neither fixed my issue. I asked for them to warranty their work and they refused. Definitely would not recommend.
They drive like complete idiots, left lane camping, brake checking, you want this company in control of your HVAC needs?
As a former employee of the Office, I can give no stars. A company that promises big to just farm individuals and let them go. My refusal to attack my previous employer and bring their customers over was met with dismissal 2 weeks before my hire on bonus, and the end of the current quarter. No bonusses for me after 5 months 2 weeks of hard work. I had sales go thru, and are currently being installed that I will not receive what was promised.
