Friendly people, fast service, EXCELLENT installation and crew. Poor explanation of financing from a fast talking salesman who basically acted like we were too young to be home owners and if we didn’t say yes right now, that we could go pound salt. Everything from them was wonderful and amazing EXCEPT the salesman. Never again will I let someone pressure me into making such a large purchase.
Our salesman was very thorough and explained every ounce of the window to us. Explained that even if we don't go with them, we would be well informed of what we want in a window. Crew came out today and was in and out in an hour all cleaned up. Excellent service.
This company called me and told me that I won a voucher that was good for 2 years. I then made an appointment for somebody to come and show me windows but nothing else. The person never showed up in about a week later I had an inquiry on my credit report which I never gave anyone any information on my credit or the idea that I was even going to finance anything.
