My contact prescription was totally wrong the first time. They were kind to do a follow- up appointment, in which my prescription completely changed but then it still wasn't correct. Finally, I called to get a refund. Dr. Shelly was willing to give me my money back but only AFTER she argued & argued & argued. The whole experience was very unpleasant & I'm certain the Dr will respond to this review with more arguments & excuses. Sometimes the right thing to do is simply admit your mistake & apologize.

Scheduled my appointment online 4 days before. When I showed up, and told them I had an appointment, I was told “uh no you don’t, I don’t have you in the system”. The receptionist was rude and condescending. I’ll go somewhere else.

This was by far the best vision exam experiences I’ve ever had! Dr. Shelley Nielson was extremely thorough, very knowledgeable about my many complexities with my eyes and very friendly and professional. I will never see anyone else from now on. Thank you for your service and expertise.
