Seriously awesome! I accidentally scheduled two of kiddos during spring break so I had to take 4 little kids to the appointment, the staff was SO nice and patient! Such a great experience!
The customer service here at the Costco Optical is awful. The workers at Modern Vision was great. Not helpful or understanding and not a great attitude for a customer service representative I came in this morning did an eye exam. I was in the middle of ordering my glasses and contacts. The lady said my insurance was not pulling up and I had to call them. I have been coming here for over 10 years. My insurance has not changed. My contact prescription was totally wrong the first time. They were kind to do a follow- up appointment, in which my prescription completely changed but then it still wasn't correct. Finally, I called to get a refund. Dr. Shelly was willing to give me my money back but only AFTER she argued & argued & argued. The whole experience was very unpleasant & I'm certain the Dr will respond to this review with more arguments & excuses. Sometimes the right thing to do is simply admit your mistake & apologize.
Scheduled my appointment online 4 days before. When I showed up, and told them I had an appointment, I was told “uh no you don’t, I don’t have you in the system”. The receptionist was rude and condescending. I’ll go somewhere else.
