Horrible and unprofessional! They had our washer for 2 1/2 months for repair and the only communication was when my husband called. Everytime the excuse was "we are waiting on a part". We finally get it back today after paying them almost $350 to fix it and the door latch is broken off inside the washer leaving it useless! I am beyond mad and would NEVER recommended their services! Poor customer service. I've had a part on order for a month. Every time I called to check on the status I was told its on order. Finally on my third follow up call I was told its no longer available to order. Never once apologized. They gave me a oh well kind of response.
Old fashioned mom and pop store that sells appliances and services them too.
