they are the best! Dan is the most creative and masterful carpenter that I have ever met. Guy made me feel comfortable with the whole process. Being women it's scary sometimes not knowing if I will be taken for a ride. But these 2 made me feel happy knowing they walked me threw the whole process. They even suggested things I can do to improve along the way. So I will defiantly recommend them to everyone. If you need a company to come in with respect and knowledge this is the place to go.
I would highly recommend Modern Trend....like the other reviewer said their work is of the highest quality. They are on time and very neat. Because they work consistently on a job until it is done, everything is finished within the time frame that is quoted when you sign the contract. They did my 2 bathrooms and my kitchen....totally having to gut everything out. The workmen are very professional and courteous.
Kudos to Modern Trend and their work crews! Everything was completed on time and on budget. The workmen were professional, on time everyday, polite and very neat (under the circumstances). I would recommend them highly!
