I went for haircut and colour at Modern Touch and had taken an appointment with Ursula. I have seen many positive reviews of Ursula so I booked with her. I am very happy with the colour but not happy with the cut. I think Ursula hurried through my colour and cut as she had 2 other clients in the 2 hour window that she had me. I had to wait around as she went back and forth between us. As I wasn’t happy with the cut, I went back 20 minutes later. She said the cut was all good.
