Service is over priced for the system you get. Had to sign a new 4 year contract just to get my control panel updated to work with new cell service. I would advise anyone to look around at other home security system companies before going with this one. After researching other companies most only make you sign a 2 year contract for service and sone required no contract at all. Make sure you read the fine print at the end of your contract about how it will auto renew if you do not send them a letter 30 days prior to the renew... read more
