Their subaru direct wholesale parts website could use improvement it's choppy and nobody communicates with you, not even a tracking number and won't pick up phones

Good Site, Fast shipping, Accurate part. Just if you think it might be the wrong part, don't open it to check, because you will now OWN that part. apparently they don't have vacuum sealers in Boone.
Saw this website online. Was a bit sceptical at first as the subaru parts prices were below dealer price around my area in PA. I saved about a $120.00. Also shipping was very cheap thru FedEx ground. Have to say I'm glad I ordered parts from Subaru Direct Wholesale!! They had my parts to me in less than a week! Talked to the parts guys and were very helpful!(Great job guys!)
