Puff vinyl is defective. I tested a small piece, I did not unwrap the roll, I returned the day next to exchange and was told no. The man pointed to a sign on the counter that said no exchanges. My receipt says changes with in 7days with receipt. I did not argue, I simply left & shared my experience. Thankfully I used my debit card & will dispute the charge.
They are open on sunday now from 9-3, the only wholesale store open on sunday in Philly.
50$ for my shirt to be low quality clothing and BLURRY is absolutely disrespectful
