I play in a league at a local bar. They do not keep up with maintenance on them. Also we have been waiting for over 5 weeks now for our payout from last season. They are a joke.
Went and played one of their machines this past Sunday at the Attica Bar. The machine froze up after hitting over 100 dollars. Bartender called Modern Gaming and reported the problem. Modern Gaming advised that they have stickers on their machines advising they are not responsible if the machine malfunctions, I didn't see any stickers or signage, so instead of getting all the monies owed they only paid what was in the kitty...... not good business, photos and witnesses to prove that the claim was legitimate and not a scam.
