My agent, Ryan, was very professional, responsive, reliable, and always gave me outstanding advice. I like how it wasn’t just “work” for him. He also connected with me on a social level. His patience and professionalism made everything seamless and smooth. Thank you Modern Solution for having a person such as Ryan Harkins! He’s your guy!
Ryan Harkins did a wonderful job to sell our condo. He was very responsive always quick to answer a request even while he was on holiday and on weekends

I am working with Ryan Harkins for last 3-4 years for listing and leasing my properties. He is a very professional and knowledgeable realtor who just not lists the property but also guides you with market updates, right price points and helps during negotiations. He is my trusted advisor. Keep up the good work Ryan!!!
