Holy moly!! Thank god I found this office!! I have struggled with finding a trustworthy dentist for my family for years. My family recently stopped going to the dentist because we had horrible issues there and I’ve been trying to find a dentist that accepted our insurance and new patients for a couple months now. Very kind and supportive. They take excellent care and are always so very friendly!
All they care about is getting paid, and they don't care about leaving the job unfinished. And when you call to get them to finish the work, they never have any appointments available; the appointments are scheduled far in the future, and you're left with the problem unresolved. Terrible service.
I would caution anyone going to this office to proceed with care. I recently experienced a very unprofessional treatment from one of the front desk workers, simply because I had forgotten my appointment time and called to confirm when it was. When I called, I was informed that I had missed it. The front desk person attacked my personal life, calling me a liar and a deceiver multiple times, and I was at such a loss for words I couldn't even believe my ears.
