Annie gave me excellent service and solved my issue and concerns immediately. I am very happy with Modern storage and highly recommend this facility and their staff.
Unfortunately, this local storage facility ended up feeling no different from the larger chain storage companies we were specifically trying to avoid. We were comfortable paying our set rate and understood that after a sometime, some increase could happen. But then we received an email saying our rate was increasing by over 14%. Fine, increases happen. What was ridiculous was that almost immediately after that, we received another email saying the rate was increasing again. Be warned!! they will raise your rates immediately, good for short term storage solution like a month or two. They raised our rates almost by $100 in less than 2 months. Anything longer the storage units next door have competitive rates for 3 months or more.
Sam was so patient and helpful with me. She answered all my questions and guided me through the application process.
