I was having one of those awful busy days when you’re trying to rush and multi-task and then I locked my keys, phone and wallet in my storage unit. Yikes !!! It was always after hours on Labor Day weekend. I wanted to cry! Patricia from customer service was the only one that could help. Not only did she keep my calm but resolved the issue with a lot of compassion. Phew ! While my rental units will go up almost double which I’m not pleased about, the customer service is stellar.
Patricia was really helpful , she helped to get everything together quick and easy !
I have a lot of experience renting storage units across different states and have not always had good experiences. Modern storage has been the best rental company I’ve used up to date. They are very transparent, storage facility are clean and they have good security in place. When I had a concern they were quick to respond and solve the issue. Great! Facility very clean and everything is easy and convenient. No keys or locks to deal with because it's all digital through their app. Cynthia, the manager is awesome, always super helpful. Plus prices are way better than any other self-storage in the area!
