Just rented a 20 x 10 unit and got everything set up over the phone with a Representative named Queen. She was extremely helpful, very patient and quite frankly very kind. Nice change of pace from the normal treatment in society these days. Also met the facility manager, Cynthia, who was also extremely helpful and pleasant - so overall great job Modern! Looking forward to a good business partnership for the next year.
