Zach and team at Modern Roofing were great to work with. Zach was visiting a current project next to us and without question came and checked out our preexisting ventilation issue. He came up with a solution to our issue and at a competitive price. We had great communication and understating as to when the installation would occur, they installed the intake and exhaust vents, cleaned up the space and were done within a few hours. I would highly recommend Modern Roofing for any of your roofing needs.
