I have nothing to say but amazing things about this company especially all thanks goes to Kennedy he came to me and made the process easy and smooth to deal with I’ve had a bad experience with my insurance company in the past however Kennedy came and made it look like a walk in the park if there any company I recommend is modern roofing ask for Kennedy!!
Definitely the worst company I have experienced bar none. During the middle of the process there representative completely disappeared. He didn’t respond to emails or calls. Turns out he was let go. The company did nothing to help the situation. By the time we received a new representative and knew what was going on they had already had the roofer install the roof whom did a horrible job. Modern Roofing recently completed a full roof replacement on our home. Matt, the project manager was the driving force that moved this forward. From his initial roof inspection in 90 degree weather, to his interfacing with the insurance adjuster, to his presence on site the day the replacement occurred, to several follow-up text messages ensuring my satisfaction, indeed, exceeded my expectations.
