When we discovered a leak in our stucco overhang, we immediately started looking for someone to help us determine the issue. Modern Roofing was the first company to respond. We were dreading the process, knowing that many roofing companies seem to "disappear" after repairs. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you want unnecessary stress and a 1-2 week process to take 2 months due to incompetent workers. I wish there was a 0 stars option. They were UNPROFESSIONAL, SHADY, SLOPPY, and UNAPOLOGETIC for all the issues we had due to their incompetent workers. Modern Roofing was contracted through Lowe's to install our roof and replace the fascia board. This was by far the WORST experience we have ever had with installation in our home. I am currently pursuing formal law suite, In addition to placing this company in fair view with both Social Media and Twitter, my last letter of review was removed. Their Former Ins. Company Admiral Ins. Group have made attempts to speak with the owners, They do not and continue to refuse speaking with their former Insurance Company or Myself the home owner, They were a Contractor for Sears Home Services in 2010 and they were removed due to complaints, We the Homeowners have now suffered loss of property in excess of $250,00... read more
