Modern Roof Coating is a great company. Gage the owner was very easy to work with and they did a great job. He is a very nice guy. We had the roof coated a few years back. It looks nice and we don't have any leaks anymore. He put up a couple gutters that handle the rain well. The ones we had were too small. He installed a couple snow retainers.
