My 50 x 80 25 year old pole barn was leaking very badly in multiple places. In 2024 Gage coated the roof and it not longer leaks. In 2025, I had Gage return to coat the roof of my 36 x 45 35 year old pole barn. That roof only had a few leaks but was so worn it was no longer white.
