Had a ceiling leak in our dining room that happened right after the winter storm. Reached out to modern roof who had installed a new roof for us in 2022. I was put in touch with ALEX M., who listened attentively and with concern for our problem. I sent him pictures so he could diagnose the issue. Riley of Modern Roof inspected our roof today. He was friendly and efficient. He found a few shingles that needed replacement and did the work immediately, providing before and after pictures. I recommend Modern Roof. Riley did this work at no charge in exchange for a good review.
All I can say is just wow! Modern Roof has been AMAZING! A crew of showed up at 7am and didn’t leave until 9pm! On day 2 they got here at 8am and was completely finished, packed up, cleaned up and pulling out of the driveway at 12:15pm! No trash, & no nails left on the property! They were kind, respectful and helpful when we were going in and out since they had netting around the porches. They worked efficiently, non stop even though it got to 90 degrees both days! Worked with Modern Roof to replace mine. Riley helped me with the required code and requirements to make sure the insurance company covered the right items and right areas. I did pay for the rest and got whole roof replaced. The quote was very competitive and saved a fair amount from the other quote I had. Alex with Modern Roof was easy to work with, provided helpful information, and quick to respond. He did a great job guiding me through the home owners insurance claim process. The roof replacement went very quickly (~7 hours start to finish), the property was left completely cleaned of debris, and the roof looks great.
