Worked with Modern Roof to replace mine. Riley helped me with the required code and requirements to make sure the insurance company covered the right items and right areas. I did pay for the rest and got whole roof replaced. The quote was very competitive and saved a fair amount from the other quote I had. All I can say is just wow! Modern Roof has been AMAZING! A crew of showed up at 7am and didn’t leave until 9pm! On day 2 they got here at 8am and was completely finished, packed up, cleaned up and pulling out of the driveway at 12:15pm! No trash, & no nails left on the property! They were kind, respectful and helpful when we were going in and out since they had netting around the porches. They worked efficiently, non stop even though it got to 90 degrees both days! Alex is super knowledgeable especially when it comes to the insurance process. First contractor I've met that actually wants to help and doesnt just see a dollar sign. Nobody I would want more in my corner while dealing with an insurance claim. Modern Roof is great! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
Alex went above and beyond to help us when we needed our roof repaired after a storm. From day one he was there to answer any questions that we had and made the process extremely easy. Would definitely recommend him for any roofing repairs
