All I can say is just wow! Modern Roof has been AMAZING! A crew of showed up at 7am and didn’t leave until 9pm! On day 2 they got here at 8am and was completely finished, packed up, cleaned up and pulling out of the driveway at 12:15pm! No trash, & no nails left on the property! They were kind, respectful and helpful when we were going in and out since they had netting around the porches. They worked efficiently, non stop even though it got to 90 degrees both days! Extremely friendly and trustworthy company!! Even after telling us that our roof did not need replaced at this time, he still took time out of his day to sit down with me and my elderly grandma to answer every single question we could think of. Alex with Modern Roof was easy to work with, provided helpful information, and quick to respond. He did a great job guiding me through the home owners insurance claim process. The roof replacement went very quickly (~7 hours start to finish), the property was left completely cleaned of debris, and the roof looks great.
