Modern Roof repeatedly ignores a no-soliciting policy and continues to badger homeowners even when asked to stop several times by the same homeowner. I had a good experience with Modern Roof company they replaced my roof shingles all in one day after a storm blew my shingles off my roof and I would recommend them for everyone they also cleaned up and made sure all nails were picked up and the yard was very nice. I give thanks to Alex McCutchen he was very professional to work with.
Process was seamless. Workmanship wonderful. Installation took one day and the crew were polite, professional and hard working. Alex was great to work with also. The finished product looks great, cleanup was thorough and job well done. We are very pleased with the entire experience. To start, I requested service on May 21st. As of today, July 19th, I just had my project finished of a small spot repair on my roof from a satellite dish and replacing some facia and soffit in that same area. Once Alex, the sales rep, came out to take a look he told me he would get me a quote in a day or 2. I didn’t hear back from him for almost 2 weeks.
