So I went in yesterday and had an excellent experience!! The place is super clean, total no contact form of payment, and I was scheduled to be the only person in the entire, beautiful and stylish shop! Super professional atmosphere!! In and out, with my piercing, with an absolutely gorgeous piece!!! Highly recommend!
Modern Ritual better pride themselves in being the most professional business I have ever been to. made me feel very comfortable and safe. you will be spending your hard-earned money and not regret it. They gained a customer yesterday that will be returning very soon. don't question going in there just go in and get your piercing!!!!

Picked up a new piece of jewelry for my tragus today. I didn’t know what gauge or length I needed, or what I really wanted. Whoever I spoke to on Instagram yesterday was SO helpful and patient. Messaged with me for over an hour. Curbside pickup was quick, easy and the guy who brought it out to me was very nice. The earring was packed really nicely and with instructions. I am super impressed with the quality of both the jewelry and the customer service. Really great experience shopping during a pandemic! 😂
