Highly unreliable. Will not return your messages or voicemail. If he makes an appointment with you, he will not bother to show up or call. He gave an excuse, so we gave him a second chance, even went to buy a costly, heavy item by his recommendation ~because he said he could manage the install. Well, we never heard from him again. Did not have the courtesy to respond to voicemail after we let him know we had the item. If there was a lower rating than 1 that might be more accurate. Don't waste your time or money like we did.
