Brian rebuilt our front porch for us. He came the day he said he would and completed all the demo, tidied up, and started the rebuild in the first day, finished it the next. All this while I kept adding requirements (replace the soffit, paint the columns, clean up the metal flashing). I am thrilled with how the deck looks (and everyone who sees it comments how good it looks), but I noticed that he reinforced the supports under the deck while he was building it. Awesome company! Brian and Modern Remodel have completed a number of projects with me — including a new screened-in porch, skylight repair, and roof/ceiling repair. For the last project (roof/ceiling repair), Brian knew how anxious I was to get my home repaired before more leakage and damage could happen. He came out quickly, traveling a distance to my home and staying in the area until he was able to fix the roof, tear down the ceiling, clean and dry the area, and craft a beautiful new tongue and groove cedar ceiling. Brian and the guys were great, you can clearly see the difference is the passion for what they do. I was bright a full architectural drawing of the proposed work beforehand which was very impressive and helpful. Would highly recommend, and the price was actually less than I was expecting for high quality custom work.
