I was at work, Sonya texted me about another offer on a house really wanted. I was busy at work and wasn't able to respond as I'm not allowed to be on my phone at work. She didnt hear back from me right away, so she had the owner's of the house choose the other offer. This was at 10:30AM! She couldn't wait two hours. And didn't respond to me for almost four.
