We had the hardwood floors in three rooms sanded and refinished and quarter round installed to a high standard. Danny was great to work with. Very responsive, explained the process and set expectations for what was to be a very customer oriented professional experience. The team, especially Luis, did a fantastic job - moved furniture, including heavy piano, sanding and first coat the first day and were in and out in two days, coming back on day four to move the furniture back. Fair price. Fully recommend them.
The team from Modern Quality Flooring excelled at every step of the process of redoing nearly every floor in our new house. We redid our entire first floor of hardwood and our entire basement with new vinyl lux flooring. We discovered some bumps in the road - upon removing some rugs, some very large plywood patches showed up.
