I would like to commend the technician who came to our condo, Gerardo Sandoval to clean our furnace and air ducts. He did an excellent job from start to finish. He was punctual, professional, courteous, and took the time to explain the process clearly. The work was completed thoroughly and efficiently, and he made sure everything was clean and tidy before leaving. We are very pleased with the service we received and would highly recommend him to others. Thank you for providing such excellent service!
Very disappointed in Modern Purair. Modern Purair broke my furnace and has refused to accept responsibility or pay any portion to fix it. Prior to Modern Purair cleaning my furnace it was in working condition, which is documented in the report provided to me by their technician. After the cleaning, my furnace would not turn on, which was also documented by their technician. I was told by their technician that Modern Purair would cover the cost of having the furnace fixed since their technician couldn’t fix it. I had to pay f... read more
