After twenty plus years I have severed my relationship with Modern Psychiatry. I love Dr. Moss and Morissa. However the billing department has always presented issues. They are disorganized and irresponsible. Today my credit card was charged WITHOUT my authorization for yesterday's appointment which my two insurances will pay when they are billed. Your Exit from getting therapy here is hard, I feel like they are finding any excuse to keep charging me. This Business, is a nightmare. I have not been a customer for over a year now, I was scammed for money I did not owed before, paid them in full hundreds of dollars, and I am still getting messages from them. I cancelled appointment and got charged anyway, their excuse was they never received my recorded message or email I send them. I have had my psych for around 4 yrs and therapist for about 1 yr. Both listen and I can contact them any time i am having a rough time. Yes I am on medication however I am much better with it. Not fully healed and mentally unable to work. Not due to the medication tho.

I have been a patient of Branden's off and on for a couple of years now. He is a wonderful therapist!! He isn't the enabling type, he listens and really challenges my thoughts, which is what I need. He gives really helpful homework. I send everyone to him for therapy...even the patients at the outpatient psych office I am a nurse at! Highly recommend. This Business, is a nightmare. I have not been a customer for over a year now, I was scammed for money I did not owed before, paid them in full hundreds of dollars, and I am still getting messages from them. I cancelled appointment and got charged anyway, their excuse was they never received my recorded message or email I send them. They were so ugly about the whole thing, the whole thing made me doubt that anybody cares about our mental health. Please protect yourselves, is pretty ugly out there for us😢
