A nurse named Janella is absolutely amazing! This woman loves her job and loves helping people and is so good at her job. You guys got lucky hiring her, hardest worker I know
Support staff - from front desk, to accounting, to nursing, make it so difficult to manage my mental health that I can't justify remaining with Modern Psych. Front desk will put you on hold for 15+ minutes and forget you're there. Yesterday I stopped to pick something up, and when I went to ask a follow up question, the staff (there were at least 6 back there) intentionally ignored me until I left. I absolutely loved this place. Our mentors and the whole team worked great together… and they really have passion for the clients and care tremendously. They give us a safe comfortable environment to heal in and I’m forever grateful that they saved my life. They go above and beyond for the clients.
This place has honestly been a godsend in my life. Saved me from myself. The staff go above and beyond to show they care about you and your recovery and mental health. Ive completed their inpatient treatment, their php program, iop program and current in their op program. Jessica in the breakthrough program cares so much about her clients and makes you feel safe. I've been to a lot of places, and I honestly have to say these case workers are the best I've ever had. Especially Katie, Jenna, and Heather. And Jess is the best counselor. The case workers really work hard to make sure all your needs are met. If there is anything you need help with they will get it done. Katie had my birth certificate the first day! Has helped me get my food stamps, dr. Appointments, court letters, and transportation to them as well. Not to mention things I thought I had lost that I'd have to start all ove... read more
