This office is awful. I went here back in December, but I stopped going because of how frustrating it got with the way they did business here. I used to be a patient, and whenever I'd try to schedule in-person sessions, they would get cancelled or moved. They kept trying to get me to schedule telehealth visits, to which I told them "I need to be in person, that will not help me. I do not want telehealth visits." Keep that in mind. Ayaa, my psychiatrist is an absolute angel. Reading through a lot of these recent reviews made me go woahhh. This is not at all my experience with Modern Psych and Wellness. I highly recommend them, especially Ayaa for your psychiatrist needs. I can’t speak for the therapist but the front desk is always warm and welcoming.

Yea just avoid this place there and save your self the time they can't even keep up with filling non stimulate medicine they don't have enough workers just one therapist and one psychiatrist so there no chance to find someone that works for u and your comfortable with

My therapist was nice, easy to talk to and welcoming. I just tried to call and make another appointment and idk who the front desk girl is but maybe you should find a new profession because answering the phone and being rude as hell is not okay especially when you never know what someone is going through that is calling. I understand people have a bad day, but it’s not hard to answer a phone call flat out, and it’s not hard to simply be nice.
