The doctors are great but that staff are like high schoolers who are bullies and could care less for your health. They don’t care about your medication, they don’t care about your health, they don’t care about anything but to give an attitude like they won. If it wasn’t for the doctor saving my life I would never even communicate with this office no matter what. Shame on this staff.
Horrible experience. I had a telehealth scheduled and the sound on the zoom meeting didn't work. The doctor cut the call, called my cell and the audio on his end was robotic/glitchy. A minute later his office tells me they are having technical issues on their end and that they will reschedule me for another telehealth in 2 weeks when I needed my medication re-filled the day of the appointment. * my experience and opinion * I was recommended to this facility by a friend. I was hesitant at first, but I decided to give it a chance. My first experience was actually great—I met with a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who I really connected with.
