Yea just avoid this place there and save your self the time they can't even keep up with filling non stimulate medicine they don't have enough workers just one therapist and one psychiatrist so there no chance to find someone that works for u and your comfortable with
My therapist was nice, easy to talk to and welcoming. I just tried to call and make another appointment and idk who the front desk girl is but maybe you should find a new profession because answering the phone and being rude as hell is not okay especially when you never know what someone is going through that is calling. I understand people have a bad day, but it’s not hard to answer a phone call flat out, and it’s not hard to simply be nice.
While there's notes to say about the employees, I won't focus on that. I came specifically for one service and it was their ADHD testing and it failed me, horrifically. I wasn't informed of what the ADHD testing would be, so I will list it out here for anyone else planning to take the ADHD test. My experience with Modern Psych and Wellness was extremely frustrating. Therapists could be overheard talking negatively about patients within earshot of the waiting room, which felt incredibly unprofessional for a mental health practice. Appointments were consistently canceled, and the high therapist turnover made scheduling difficult and pushed appointments further out.
