Manny was extremely unprofessional. I later learned he is not a licensed journeyman plumber, which makes it illegal for him to be doing plumbing work. It is very concerning that the company would knowingly hire and send out someone without proper licensing. On top of that, I overheard him making sexualized comments about women, which shows a complete lack of professionalism. Do not trust them.
I wish I could give less than a one star rating. While the plumber they sent to do the work was friendly and knowledgeable the management staff has no idea what they are doing and continues to pass blame to anyone else. Over a year ago I requested a water heater install and asked about (and was quoted) prices for both traditional and tankless.
