They were our plumber for over 20 years and then all of a sudden, they stopped answering or responding to our calls. The last call was regarding a leak and Jessie said he would be right over. He never showed or called and thanks to Jessie, it resulted into some damage and we had to call a different plumber for repairs!! Very poor customer service!!
Do not call this company. I had them put in a water heater in August of 2022. I had problems with it this weekend and they would not return any of my calls or texts. Still haven't returned my calls. I had to hire a different plumbing company to fix it. It is under warranty. Not a good way to do business.
