What happens when you get too big to listen to the customer??? You loose customers!! I waited to write this review until I had cooled off a bit. Essentially, the groomer was too busy to give me a few minutes to tell her how I wanted my little yorkie’s hair cut. So she went in with beautiful long hair and came out literally shaved!!! We have been going here for a couple of years now. The manager Shelley is a super star. Her customer service is the best and the groomers have always done an excellent job on our dogs. Five stars!!

I took my Peke-Tzu’s in for a grooming session. I loved how everyone explained the different cuts and even when they had to make adjustments, I was called to make sure it was okay. My dogs had such a good time that my little girl Maddie fell asleep in my arms while driving home. She never does this. I look forward to taking them back. The staff did an excellent job.
We have been taking our little guy to the same place for the past year we've had him. When they were booked over the holiday we decided to try Modern Pet Salon. I have never been more pleased with how our little shih tzu looks. He is absolutely adorable ( not that he wasn't before)! They were quick, listened to what I asked for and they clearly made him feel very comfortable. I will never take our dog anywhere else. Thanks again!
We rarely have our Golden Retriever groomed and bathe her ourselves, but the last time we went she did incredibly well for a nervous girl! Today when I brought her in, she was excited but not freaking out at the other dogs like she sometimes can. I had originally booked her for the deluxe package, but after talking to the woman at the front and her reminding me that last time I got the less expensive one, I changed it to that.
