I signed up for their on line monitoring system. The company is very responsive when activity exists provided they have someone in the area. .
Started off great. Saw a few termites, so had them put in termite traps with the understanding they would check on them in 6 months. When I called for schedule date they said they'd come in a year. I made it very clear from the beginning that I doubted I would need more than a year. I called again a month before renewal to check on the "scheduled" annual visit.
