Got parts and they were broken. Had to fix myself. Did not want to deal with them to return it to get a new one do to precious experience with their horrible customer service. Very rude and disrespectful. On top of my parts were late.
RecommendedThe guys here are always knowledgeable and helpful. I needed advice on what to upgrade on my SRT4 and they gladly came out see what I was working with. All parts were on hand and easy in and out experience. You can order online for in store pickup if you didn't need direct advice like myself. been coming here 20ish years for Neon parts. Solid recommend for your American tuner car needs!
I ordered an exhaust March 30 2021 it is now Fourth of July not only do I not have my exhaust no one is updating me unless I contact them. Originally website said 6-8weeks it is way past that
Placed a order with MPX and was received faster than expected. Had an issue with the bored throttle body and they sent a return label and have had excellent contact with them since! I am still waiting on the replacement throttle body which is on back order! Excellent customer service and clearly a reputable company to deal with! They will get a lot more of my business in the future as this build is just getting started.....
