Highly highly recommend! I was a challenging customer - many projects, some unexpectedly difficult in my old house. Edmond and his team completed everything on time and with excellence. He removed popcorn ceiling and repaired and repainted ceiling (had asbestos requiring special care), removed aspestos flooring and sealed the floor, painted the entire interior of the house, repaired ceiling and wall damage. He had great suggestions for paint color and sheen. It all turned out amazingly. I couldn't be more pleased!
Edmund and the crew did a terrific job with my interior residential painting project. The walk-thru before the job began was informative and provided good expectations. The crew were very careful to protect surfaces and furniture. They also cleaned up anything that was missed with a follow-up visit. They were great in adjusting the schedule to meet our needs in time for the holiday season.
I love the job done by Modern Painting Group. Edmund is clearly an experienced professional and it shows. The crew was very neat. Their prep was thorough and protected all the other surfaces. I’ve had to clean up after some paint jobs, but not this time. I was on a tight schedule and Edmund made sure to get the job done. I will definitely use them again for any paint job that comes up for me.
Edmond is an amazing business owner. He cares deeply about his quality and attention to detail. During our exterior project he noticed some hot spots on our home that we did not before the wood rotted due to improperly installed flashings. Even though it was more work he adjusted his schedule to finish our project before our son's first birthday party. We would highly recommend him and can't wait to have his team back in the winter for some interior projects.
