Mary’s estimate was very comparable to other local businesses yet she was without a doubt the most responsive and accommodating. I had a ton of questions and she never made me feel like an inconvenience. She will do her best to work with you to ensure your goals are exceeded!

Mary and her team were excellent. They painted the exterior of my 100 year old home and made it look new. They also did excellent work inside the house and made my wood windows look great. She stayed on time and within budget and was great to work with.
I had Mary and her company, Modern Painting, come out and paint our new home in Point Loma. The work turned out great and I appreciated her attention to detail and assessment of our needs.
