Love the drs and med staff. Got my treatment last Friday. Still some pain but not like previously. cant wait until my 2 weeks is over to comment to the dr. My husband is also interested in possible treatment for his chronic back pain still after back surgery.
Tried calling over 20 times, voicemail is full, cannot seem to get anyone to respond. What a joke!
When I first started going they where great. Once I decided to have surgery they seem to change how they treated me the dr and staff. I had to go to this location before my surgury to get medication for recovery. He wanted to set up an appointment for me to go back to his office before my 2 weeks would be complete. I explained to him my surgeon gave me strick instruction to not be in a vechile for 2 weeks then after i could be a passenger for short distance, I live 45 minutes away. Dr Hooda took my pain seriously and was extremely professional and proactive in my care! Her admin staff Alexis was very helpful and efficient. They helped me through what turned out to be a short term injury and I am so appreciative to them!
