One very cold winter day (Wisconsin winter), my garage door broke, and could no longer open or close to use. Within four days I got the garage door fixed, and arranged the door opener replacement. Leaving a review for my mom as she is not able to. She has called multiple times, talked to multiple people who all take her information down yet no one calls her back or will come out look at her garage doors (2) being repaired or replaced. Not sure what kind of operation you're running over there but call someone back and have some integrity please. She'd give zero stars if it was possible
We are very pleased with our experience with Modern Overhead Door. I called and someone came out within 2 hours to give me a quote. We picked what we wanted and it was ordered the next day. As a new homeowner it is exhausting with people trying to nickle and dime you on everything and Modern Overhead Door was upfront and honest with the pricing which we appericated so much! We had a broken spring on our double garage door, the company was booked and couldn't give us a time frame during the week, said they could put us down on their board and a tech would call us when they could fit us in. They called 3 days after the initial phone call and asked if 7-730am would work thursday, I said we have to get kids to school, at that time but they were able to come at 740am, had our springs replaced and oiled up and replaced another part that was going bad. I built a shed large enough to hold my UTV and trailer. I had MOD install a 9 x 7 garage door. They sent one young man to do the job and he had it all installed and working in 2 hours. I was impressed and very satisfied with the work that was done and how they treat their customers.
