I called several garage door people and Modern Overhead Door Company was by far the most reasonable, and honest. John D**** the owner came out to my house and in a matter of minutes found the problem and fixed it. As it ended up, one of the sensors had become out of adjustment. John adjusted it and the door now operates properly, and safely again. John charged me a very minimal service charge, of which I was more than happy to pay. I just had a new Garage Door Opener installed & John was just super. His install quote was comparable & even better than what I got from other providers. John was on time & installed the opener to my satisfaction. He explained, in detail, how the new opener worked & even made an adjustment to the door springs to make everything work better.
