I just want to say how incredibly impressed I am with the customer service at Modern Optical. I wish I had the names of the two women who helped me today. I came in because the frames I bought about 6 months ago were just not fitting me well. They tried to resize and then told me, “you know what let’s just replace them with something that works better.” From there, another woman took over, helping me look at frames.
