The neighbors dog barks at every little think and it gets annoying
We are moving out of this place and we want to warn as many people as we can DO NOT RENT HERE. I have tenant trash in my apartment for a YEAR, we have BACTERIA GROWTH in our bathroom ceiling, mold in the vents. We had a SOILED USED sink caddy at move in! I have attached pictures and emails. Ant and roach problem STAY AWAY
I am thankful I found Delano apartments. I was put in a bad situation in my living situation with family and they got me in really fast. It was an easy process and they helped me every step of the way. Nicole Romo is an amazing lady and is very very helpful and communicates well. I’m thankful to call Delano home. Every apartment complex has its ‘things’, but Delano has been very helpful to me and my partner. After I got laid off I didn’t know if we were going to be able to stay living at Delano. Jennifer really worked with us to find a solution for us to stay in our home! Thank you so much! We appreciate it!
