Avoid at all costs. This has been the worst apartment experience we’ve ever had. We moved in, and the condition of the apartment was absolutely disgusting. (Photos attached, including a sink caddy that was here when we moved in and is full of gunk.) Trash from the previous tenant is still on top of our dryer months later, despite emails to Jennifer, the community manager. I absolutely hate living here. I'm completely stuck at these apartments I have no help and I'm paying 1600 for a one bed one bath. I've talked to several different neighbors around me and they have confirmed they are paying less than 1400 for the same type of unit or even a 2 bed. I've gone up to the office several times to try and fix these problems but they always have some type of justification for EVERYTHING. The office team here are wonderful They get things done. Eddie that works in the office came out to my apartment to take care of maintenance concerns I have. He went above and beyond. The company should know that he is a great asset to them. Very knowledgeable. Nicki also she was the one who greeted me when I came to apply for the apartment. The manager said he would give me $1000 off my firsts month rent. Then as I was pulling out the parking lot he approached me and said that I have $1000 deposit and that he would have to break my $1000 off move in and give me $500 off first and second months rent. That's probably from the $1000 deposit he wanted from me. The units are too close and I will not live with a roach infestation. Are people crazy or what? Who in their right mind would pay 1,400 a month in rent to live with roaches? Nasty
Everything is cheap looking. The actual units look nothing like the model. From run down cabinets to dirty baseboards to mismatch appliances to no linen closet or coat closet or walk-in closet. These units are not luxury or move in ready base on the false representation of the model. The grounds have animal dropping everywhere with no communication or accountability to the owners/tenants. This is definitely not a maintenance free living. Run don't walk away!!!
