I have had such a great experience with my gyn that I would recommend Dr Torres to anyone and her staff takes good care of me and answers any questions I have had and makes me comfortable. I would highly recommend her to new patients that are looking for gyn .
I really hate leaving negative reviews, but this experience has been frustrating enough that I feel other patients should know. For the past few months I have been repeatedly billed a $50 fee that is actually an error and not something I owe. I have been told multiple times it would be waived. Every time I call, the person I speak with reassures me it will be taken care of, but then says the office manager is unavailable and will call me back. That call has never happened.
