Modern NW went above and beyond on a project I was able to work on with Allen Murray and his team. He took care of things as surprises came up, and always made sure the client was taken care of.
I had a specific, unique project (hot yoga studio) and a tight budget. Modern NW worked with me as I vetted multiple locations for viability, putting plenty of work in before they were even under contract while we figured out how to fit our business into a new space. At the very end of the project disaster struck when a burst pipe flooded the entire brand new space.
