This saga stretches from 2023 when I originally replaced my aircon unit for thousands of dollars only for it to fail in summer 2024. I was told that the costs of repair in July 2024 would be covered since they sold me a lemon. Only for them to send me an invoice in November, after a short email exchange I thought the matter was closed only for another invoice to be sent in February 2025. I will never be using their services again and I would recommend people not use modern niagra for their air con services.
