I was employed at this company for only one month. Sounds like your staff needs to take some driver's training because it seems to be something lots of people experience. Aggressive reaction to a legal lane change. Then the driver entered an intersection on a red and then backed up. When the light did turn green, he wasn't paying attention and held traffic up.

I had a very troubling experience with a Modern Niagara company driver on Highway 401. The driver was operating the vehicle recklessly—speeding, weaving through traffic, and endangering others on the road. To make things worse, they were shouting profanities and using extremely inappropriate language. This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional but dangerous. I strongly urge Modern Niagara to review this incident and take appropriate action to ensure public safety.
